04: Small groups Adventures: We Adventure Treks Nepal Family always belive in organising small groups Adventures in the Himalaya because of it is easier to deliver the best services to our guests. Our maximum no is 08 In a Group Joinning basis. ( Also we organise the bigger group if they are travelling from school, Company etc).

05: The Best Network: We have the best network in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, Sikkim, Ladakh & India with very good connection. All the offices have friendly staffs and are able to help in booking all the trips like Trekking, Expedition, Rafting, booking hotels, flights, sightseeing etc. Further this presence allows us to respond to any last moment changes that you may wish to effect to your travel plans or which may be necessitated due to any number of reasons while traveling in remote areas.

06: Friendly and helpful Staff: All the technical wizardry and networking at our disposal would mean nothing if it weren't for our friendly and helpful staff who will look after you right from the moment of your arrival to the time of your departure in legendary Nepalese style. Whether it is a case of mis-directed baggage on arrival or shipping of your shopping on departure, a case of finding directions to the right restaurants or finding the doctor after visiting the wrong one, a case of having to be evacuated from high altitudes or not being able to catch your connecting flight due to bad weather, our office and field staff will help you every step of the way during your stay in this region, whether you are in Kathmandu city or in the High Himalaya. Our field staff and guides are trained in first aid and are able to cope with most emergency situations including those requiring evacuation and hospitalization.

08: The very best Equipment & Mountain Safty: Our drivers are professionals and our vehicles are among the best available in Katmandu and elsewhere. Further, every care will have been taken to inspect ensure that these meet the comfort and safety levels you expect on your holiday. On our adventure trips in the Himalaya we will provide you with the best available commercially manufactured tents or ones that we have designed and have had custom manufactured here in Kathmandu. On treks which is in a high altitude, we send a Hyperbaric Portable Altitude Chamber, oxygen cylinders and as well as Pulse Oxymeters upon request. These, however, need to be booked in advance and are limited in supply, except for the bottled oxygen. All our trekking group leaders & guides have undertaken the Wilderness FIRST AID Medical Course. They are competent to deal with any adverse situations from diarrhea to Acute Mountain Sickness. We carry PORTABLE ALTITUDE CHAMBER (hyperbaric bag) along with a comprehensive medical kit.

09: Education for Staff's Children & Porter's Safty Policy: Adventure Treks Nepal always help for the education for our Children of our Trek Leaders / Guides / Sherpas/ Cooks / Porters. We provide good salary, Provident fund, insurance, trekking mountaineering equipment and clothing. We always try to work as standard set by IPPG (International Porter Protection Group). From this we always think that for the welfare and safety of all Staffs & porters can improve their livelihoods.
We also arrange Food and Accommodation Accidental / medical insurance, Never asked porter to return from the middle of trek. We provide them trekking gears like wind & waterproof jacket and trousers, warm hat, gloves, socks, trekking shoes / boots, sunglasses etc. We never send back sick porter alone. At least some one who can speaks and understand same language (As many porters speak their local language). Also we do financial support to sick porter and helper to cover the cost of their return and treatment.

10: Environment Friendly:We pioneered the use of kerosene and LPG gas on all of our adventure trips in the Himalaya and virtually wrote the manual on effective waste disposal on treks so as not to degrade the environment. We are always aware on the protection of himalayan environments when trip organizing trekking, rafting, safari and mountain climbing We do proper dispose of all the biodegradable rubbish and bring all non-biodegradable things like Plastic , tin, batteries etc. carry back to Kathmandu and find it's proper way to disposal. We are an active member of KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Education Project), TAAN (Trekking Agencies Association Nepal), NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association) and and tourism board for sustainable tourism. Our guides and field staffs have been trained to leave the places they visit cleaner than they found them. All of our vehicles meet the emission standards in the cities, towns and other areas that they fly in.

12: Respect for Local Cultures: Our field staff and guides have been taught to respect the local cultures of the places that they visit and guide our clients into. We believe in travel as a learning experience and hope that you will be able to learn from the people of the Himalaya about their way of life, their cultures, their customs and their beliefs. To that end, most of our programs are designed so that you will have opportunities to meet the local people and interact with them but, we do ask that you be sensitive to their way of life. Carry pictures from home. These work wonders in bridging the language barrier.

13: Social Responsibility: Only we are not Leading travellers, trekkers and climbers in the Himalaya, we also aware of the social responsible like Children education fund (Female Education), Porter Children Education Fubd, Organized & promoted by Adventure Treks Nepal. We are also assisting assisting to built the School, Education  Project, Female Teacher Project, Scholarships for the poor Children, Drinking water project where it needed. www.open.org.np

14: Flexibility: When you travel with us, we are always aware that you have a life outside of the vacation that may occasionally intrude upon your idyll. We are always ready to work with you to the furthest extent possible where changes need to be made to your program, even in the middle of a trip, to allow for emergencies and will not burden you with additional expenses as long as the proposed changes do not affect the flights, permits and costs.
