Comments: Hi my sister and I recently returned to Nepal to do second trek in October 2017. 2 years ago we did the Annapurna Base Camp walk and it was amazing. So this time we selected the Gosankunda Trek as we had limited time, only 2 weeks, and we liked the sound of visiting a place that the Nepalese people go to. We had read a little about the trek but even so it was much harder than we had expected. ABC had been a lot of up and a lot of down but the 3 days to the pass were all up ! However Gyanendra our guide and Khil our porter were amazing. They changed our itinerary along the way when both my sister and I became unwell. They supported us every step of the way knowing how much we wanted to make the pass at 4,600metres. There were moments when we could have easily turned around but Gyanendra slowly lead us up the mountain where we experienced an enormous sense of achievement. We felt supported and encouraged every step of the way.
We highly recommend Adventure Treks Nepal and in particular Gyanendra and Khil. They are the best !

Comments: Our group comprised of seasoned mountaineers who have ventured to practically every mountain in the world ....hmmm ..and there was me... a novice starting out not as fit but definitely eager to see the unimaginable beauty of Nepal mountain range.
I was lagging behind the group most of the time, but our guide was a wonderful and patient person who encouraged me on and took care of the safety of the group.
Gyan, Gyanandera and Ramesh - we were always in good hands ..even when the flights got cancelled and our team member was down with AMS. You guys coordinated everything so well.
Kudos and I am with you for the next trip.

Comments: Another Great Experience with Adventure Treks Nepal
This was our second trip with Adventure Treks Nepal and our guide, Sangam. Once again, we had a fantastic trip and cannot say enough about Gyan and his team. We did the Manaslu circuit trek having already done the Everest base camp trek. We really enjoyed Manaslu as it is much more remote and cultural following an old salt trading route. There were a lot of small villages with people and children living an antediluvian existence. This area has only been open to the public for trekking since 1991. Nepal requires that you have a restricted area permit, a registered guide and hike with groups of 2 or more.
We found it extremely important to have a seasoned guide knowledgeable with this area. There is a big difference between the teahouses along this route. Having a guide with intimate knowledge of the area was very important to us. On one occasion, we needed to dry our clothes and socks at lunch. Sangam, our guide, found a teahouse to dry our clothes by a fire and even wrung out our socks!
As with our previous trip, Sangam, somehow could sense the weather and an upcoming storm. We were going to spend the night in Samdo but he sensed we would get caught in snow crossing the pass. Therefore, we pushed on to Dharamasala for the evening. We crossed Larkya pass the next morning with great weather. Later that day, a large storm came through and groups behind us had a very difficult time.
This area seems so remote and that is what we loved about it. However, at the end of the circuit, the road is large enough to allow vehicles. Because of this, we wanted to avoid trekking on this portion. Sangam was able to arrange transportation for us on such a short notice.
A fantastic trip with Adventure Treks Nepal-not our of luck or good fortune but due to an excellent guide company.

Namaste,
Hi Gyan,
Just wanted to give a big thank you for all your help and support during another wonderful time in Nepal and fantastic trekking experience.
It was great to trek once again with Dev who is a real credit to Adventure treks and nice to meet Purna who not only was a pure gentleman but also acted as my bodyguard each evening when I wanted to hike up the hills surrounding out guest houses.
I am very happy to have completed the upper mustang trek before the new road changes the area.
My only regret is not having returned on a different route than the one we trekked going up to Lo Mantang. However, my leg, which I have today just had surgery, restricted me from being too adventurous. Also, my friend was not so fit and suffered on the first 5 days and hence argued for the jeep on the return.
It was nice to catch up with you again Gyan and see you are keeping well. You and your team are always in my thoughts and wishes for a healthy and prosperous future.
Best wishes and kind regards,
David
Comments: Put your best foot forward with Adventure Treks Nepal
I did the 12 day Upper Mustang trek. This is the 2nd time I visited Nepal and used Gyan and his great Adventure Treks team. I have found both visits to be super smooth. Always professional and always available at every step to make your stay a memorable one. If I am lucky enough to return a third time, I will be emailing Gyan again.

Dear Gyan,
Thank you very much for everything. Our trekking was more than perfect. Lalit is greatest guide we can have and made everything over-expected. And also Dipendra, the porter worked great and always both of them smiling.
We will write a really good review in TripAdvisor.
Thanks again

Comments: "The perfect adventure outfitter to be with when traveling to Nepal".
This is no exaggeration! Me and my wife booked an EBC 16-day trek with Adventure Treks Nepal. Our first time to do so (doing the EBC and booking online a tour guided package). And just like any sensible person - we approached the booking initially with caution because, once again, we did it online and we picked Adventure Treks Nepal randomly using google search and just reading their online reviews. But the apprehensions loosen each time I was exchanging email and talking with Gyan who was very much willing to be of service from the onset. The moment we arrived in Kathmandu, we were met by Gyan Karki himself...and boy, this guy's laugh is so hearty and full of warmth that you just can feel the sincerity and authenticity of everything and of the adventure that was beginning to unfold. To make the very long story short, we had the best time of our lives and this was made possible by the good people of Adventure Treks Nepal.

" The EBC trek was a truly spectacular experience, through some of the most breathtaking terrains I have ever seen. The guides were amazing - friendly and highly experienced (our head guide summited Everest 4 times) - with Omar Samra leading the way. It was a challenging trek but the company made it highly enjoyable; our group was big, loud and full of energy all the way to the top :) I would highly recommend this experience to anyone."

" I never trekked in my life & seeing Everest was on my bucketlist. I doubtfully booked EBC with Omar Samar (May 2017) and it was AMAZING . You will be amazed by the beauty around you to forget all about the pain or altitude .The group was amazing, leaders & guides were super encouraging & tolerant from beginning till end. Everything was just accommodating to everyone on group despite their level .This was my FIRST trekking experience but definitely won't be my LAST !"

" An astonishing hike in the heart of Himalayas, a great renowned leader such as Omar, and supremely awesome company! what else you may wish for when you sign up for a hike! I enjoyed every bit and second of it"

Trekking the Himalayas has been a dream for me for quite some time, finally I did it last May (2017) on Omar Samra's 10th year anniversary summiting Everest (that was definitely an honor to get to know him and hear about his journey while trekking the same route he walked 10 years ago). Obviously, it took me some 6 months to write the review (: but that was probably due to me digesting the trip - yes its that awesome! Personally I'm a different person after the EBC trek - so its literally a "life changing journey". EPIC is an understatement for the overall experience we all had - from the surreal views/terrains of the Himalayas to the Nepalese people to the WG team. On a more specific note, trekking EBC with WG gives you the best guides, porters, service and a very good level accommodation. One can easily notice the difference between our guides/assistant guides and others - the knowledge, service, professionalism and above all nice/witty and fun. I highly recommend visiting Nepal whether its EBC or any other trail - you'll definitely fall in love
