Less risk of altitude sickness

Altitude sickness is one of the biggest hurdles of Himalayan trekking. The moment you go above 2,500 meters from sea level, the risk of altitude sickness drastically increases.

Even though the Tyangboche Trekking (Everest panorama trek) goes above 2,500 meters, this trek has comparatively less risk of altitude sickness than the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes treks in the Khumbu region.

First thing, our Everest panorama trek itinerary is designed to allow travelers to adjust to the elevation and also have an acclimatization day. The journey is relaxed, so you will get ample time to adapt to the Himalayan environment and avoid altitude sickness.

How to train for the Everest panorama trek in Nepal?

Training for a few weeks is important before joining any trek in Nepal, including the Everest panorama trek 12 days. It is because of the rugged Himalayan trail that demands good stamina, strength, and endurance.

Whatever the trek's difficulty level is, you will need these three things. Even an easy Everest trek like this one involves long hours of ascending and descending every day. So, you have to be physically and mentally prepared.

Thankfully, the training is simple for this trek- get active. Regular walks, swimming, day hiking, cycling, running, strength training, etc, are some great ways to improve your stamina, strength, and endurance before the trek starts.

Who can do the Everest panorama trek? Are you ready for the journey?

The Everest panorama trek is a beginner-friendly trek. Therefore, trekkers without previous experience can do this trek. However, participants have to be in good health and can walk 5 to 6 hours a day on average.

Likewise, this trek also takes you up to 3,962 meters (13,000 ft) above sea level. If you have lung issues or any kind of medical problem that may get triggered because of high altitude, consider consulting your doctor before joining the trek.

Nevertheless, the Everest panorama trek is for all regular individuals who want to experience Himalayan trekking!
